From February 28 to March 8, CVTE went to 43 universities in 20 cities in China.

It was the first time for CVTE to present its true self to students in so many major universities across China and had never imagined that so many people would come to the presentations. Using our strength, we have harvested a great many big fans.

On-site Sharing of Elites

The chairman, CEO, CTO, chief brand officer, chief cost control officer, senior management of each BG and people in charge of core projects went to major universities to share CVTE’s status in the industry, its platform for your growth, and development plan for the next few years and the experience of working at CVTE.

Most guest speakers are alumni of the schools. At their alma mater, they not only represented CVTE but also shared their stories of growth and experience as predecessors.

On-site interaction and Q&A

At the presentations, students were enthusiastic. Students asked the guest speakers many questions from the romantic relationship between employees to the advantages and disadvantages for women to choose technical positions and got satisfactory answers.

Face-to-face dialogue with senior managers

After the presentations, many students had an in-depth conversation with guest speakers regarding questions about personal career development and the company’s business and began to take interest in the subsequent interview.
